Shipping & ReturnsAll parcels sent within Australia are delivered by Australia Post. Unless otherwise agreed to by us all parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery. We do not currently ship outside Australia. Our freight charges are automatically calculated at checkout. This dynamic calculation will take place prior to your final approval of the order, so you know exactly what you are paying. We recommend that if you are not home during business hours that you get your parcel sent to you at work. If delivery is attempted to your home and no one is there a card will be left asking you to collect your parcel at your local post office. If all items are in stock we can dispatch your order, once payment is received from Sydney either the same day (if before 2pm) or the next business day. The time for delivery, once we dispatch your order, can vary depending on where you live. Please expect a delivery time between 3 to 5 working days., however this is just a guide and in some cases delivery may take longer. Estimated delivery times are conditional to stock availability. Please Note: All products are checked prior to dispatch for any signs of damage or tampering.
